That is possible, but highly unlikely as the lot is only 4,000 sq.ft. As pro-development a village as Dobbs Ferry is, we still have a 5,000 sq.ft. minimum lot size required to build a new home. A variance for 1,000 sq.ft. would be tough to get. This is a great house to expand or add on to, but not to tear down and build anew.
